OVERVIEW
Situated on the west coast of the island, the Sands Resort is a
hideaway for couples seeking tranquility, comfort and personalized
service.
The view across the lagoon and the bay of Tamarin with the majestic
'Le Morne' mountain in the distance offers grandiose scenery.
The over 250 m long white sandy beach is well protected and the
crystal clear lagoon is suitable for water sports.
The beautifully landscaped gardens of the hotel provide the right
backdrop for the superb Mauritian architecture of the complex.
GUEST ROOM
The hotel consists of 91 Deluxe Rooms of 52.5m2 including 5 sets
of interconnecting rooms, all with a balcony or a terrace with sea
view including 5 sets of interconnecting rooms.
All the rooms have either king size bed or twin beds and are equipped
with individual air-conditioning units, IDD telephones with voice
mail system, electronic safe, minibar, TV with local and satellites
channels, wifi facility and tea/coffee making facilities.
The very spacious bathrooms have separate shower cabins with glass
doors, bathtubs and toilets. They are also equipped with hair dryer,
sockets for electric shaver (220 V) and a walk-in wardrobe with
full a length mirror.

TAMARIND TERRACE
Open everyday for breakfast (07hrs30-10hrs00) and dinner (19hrs00-21hrs30),
the "Tamarind Terrace" restaurant features a selection
of international cuisine as well as Mauritian delicacies with a
wide choice of fine wines from different parts of the world.

Spices is the fine dinning restaurant. It offers an International
"A la carte" menu which portrays the subtle fusion between
an international cuisine and the aromas of the Indian Ocean

THE PINKPEPPERCORN
The PinkPepperCorn, our beach restaurant, proposes a wide variety
of grilled foods. Nestled under the two "coqueluche trees"
and next to a Pink Peppercorn tree, this restaurant will delight
you in its simplicity and provide you with the ideal backdrop to
a romantic evening.

DOLPHIN BAR
The Dolphin Bar is open daily from morning to 00hrs30,
offering a wide range of flavoured rums as well as your favorite
