DINING & ENTERTAINMENT
“La Boussole”
Restaurant has a décor that reflects a contemporary minimalist
chic style with simple, tasteful table settings. The restaurant
overlooks the bustling marina. Here, the Chef blends the purest
of ingredients and the subtlest flavours to create the light and
appetising tastes of the Mediterranean and Mauritian cuisine. Each
dish is a truly rewarding gastronomic discovery. It offers 70 seats.
“La Terrasse”
The main restaurant, overlooking the beach and the swimming pool,
with its commanding view of the Marina, is the perfect venue to
sit back and watch the world go by as you savour a wide range of
Mauritian snacks and salads served in the cooling shade of lush
palm trees and broad promenade style umbrellas. It offers 120 seats.
Le Suffren Hotel and Marina Mauritius guests may also chose from
the three restaurants at the Labourdonnais Waterfront Hotel (L’Escale,
La Rose des Vents and La Terrasse). The two hotels share the same
billing system, so each expense from either hotel can be automatically
transferred to the client’s room account.
The Spinnaker’s Concept Bar
Is open throughout the day and late into the evening for a relaxed
and convivial rendez-vous. Tall bar stools provide the ideal perch
for enjoying a cocktail while watching live sports broadcasts on
multiple plasma screens. Happy Hour is from 17:00 to 21:00 every
Friday. An adjoining courtyard is the ideal private spot in which
to enjoy an aperitif.
Clients can also enjoy a relaxing drink at Latitude 20, the circular
bar of the Labourdonnais Waterfront Hotel.

Le Suffren has one boardroom catering for up to 12 delegates. As
a support to these facilities, six conference rooms which accommodate
up to 225 participants are available at the Labourdonnais Waterfront
Hotel, directly accessible by the hotel’s boat shuttle service.
